Q2: How long does it take to get my Kanji symbols?
A2: Although it is normally delivered within 24 hours, please allow 2 business days. This is because your symbols are created in Japan, which may be late night when you are placing your order during the day! If it is expected to take longer, we will let you know. (Some translations are more tricky and debated among our translators for longer period of time.)
Q3: How will I receive the Kanji symbols?
A3: You will receive an e-mail attachment in a BMP format. One or two symbols will be between 200 to 400 KB is size. We found that this is the best quality we can deliver without making the file size too big.
Q4: Can I request a specific file type or print out size?
A4: Yes, you can! Remember, though, other types or large print out size may require a large file. Please specify your request in the comments section when completing your order.
Q5: I don t have an access to a printer. Could you print out the Kanji symbols and mail it to my home?
A5: Yes. We will be happy to assist you. Please specify size of the symbol you would like in the comment section. There is an additional charge for shipping and handling. Please contact our customer service at support@karma-net.com for details.
Q6: I would like to order more than 3 Kanji symbols. I am concerned about over-loading my e-mail account storage limit. What should I do?
A6: When we receive multiple orders from one e-mail address, we will only send you a few symbols at a time. This allows you to save the files on your computer and move the message out of your inbox. Before we send you more files, we will contact you to make sure that you are ready for them!
Q7: Can you write my name in Kanji?
A7: Yes, we can! Normally, non-Japanese names are not translated into Kanji symbols. They are written in Katakana symbols, which are used for foreign names and most products originally made in foreign land, such as computers and spaghetti. Because most people are more interested in seeing their names in Kanji, not Katakana, we offer Kanji names, just for fun! It is translated based on the sound of the name, not the original meaning. We do our best to find most complementary symbols. |
